Order Cancellation

• We will process your cancellation request promptly and confirm it via email.
• Once your order has been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it.

Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are unable to offer refunds for orders once they have been shipped.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery and we will be happy to assist you.
